Finnish Higher Education Policies and Migrant Academics
The closing plenary tries to wrap up some of the key themes of the seminar and focus already towards the future. The keynote Vice-Rector, Professor Riitta Pyykkö is titled “Integration of academic migrants: From problematic areas towards flexible transitions” Project manager Jens Kemper (University of Bremen) will also join us virtually with his presentation “Changing Policy from the Grassroots: Building new Pathways for Migrants to Higher Education in the Federal State of Bremen” before the panelists chaired by Knowledge Development Adviser Leasa Weimer (EAIE) will take the stage. Vice-Dean Marjo Kuronen (University of Jyväskylä) closes the event.
